Returns Policy

Please choose carefully and hold onto your receipt.  We cannot refund goods unless they are faulty. We are happy to issue a credit note or exchange your goods within 7 days of the purchase date, providing they have not been damaged and a valid receipt is presented.  We cannot refund, issue a credit note or exchange sale or reduced items.

Lay-by Policy

We offer a layby system with the following conditions:

• A standard 4 week term
• Minimum 30% initial deposit

The initial deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if full payment has not been made by the due date or if the layby is cancelled by the customer for any reason. Forfeited deposits cannot be held over or used at a later date against future purchases. These terms are strictly adhered to, however we are understanding of individual situations and circumstances but must be informed before or during the layby terms of any problems in payment etc...
